Well, Ines is my name, the "le" means "little" in my part of Germany, so that you can translate it little Ines. 1987 is the year I am born, so that's it.
Well for me it is that I like Harry Potter, and mine is my faverate carictor. The defence aggencts the dark arts teacher in the third book. So that's me.

I put a lot of thought into thinking of the right user name for me. When I first heard of the zone, I sat there typing names down to see how Jaws read them. As I use Jaws, I felt that it was very important for me to like how Jaws read my name!!! Also, I wanted a name that I would be happy with during my time on here. To be honest, I wanted a name that would be an eye/ear catcher to guys as well!!! I tend to get along better with guys and I knew that if you had an interesting enough name, they would soon try to get to know you!!! Of course, I was right about that!!! S E X Y G U R L sounded the coolest but I felt that it was lacking something. A number!!! I tried different meaningful numbers after it but 86 sounded the best. I was born in 1986 so that was why I chose that number!!! So yes!!! I am very happy with my user name and don't plan to change it anytime soon!!!

My first screen name on the zone was metal girl and that was my name on the graffiti chat line as well since I was very uncreative. Well, actually when Tell Me had that J-Smart chat, I went by Tallica because Metallica was my favorite band and then I said to myself, well if I want to chat with more people, how about getting into more metal, so I chose the simple metal girl. Then, after Blind Guardian released their A Night at the Opera album, a screen name I used a lot on other sites and programs was aida_melodica as the aida is the leading lady of the opera and Blind Guardian are melodic metal and I still like Metallica. Then, the whole hype about a night at the opera ended and I took the aida out and now I'm melodica until I can think of something clever having to do with progressive rock or metal.
I'm Tazz because it's an unlikely shortened version of my real name, my friends used to call me it, just for some reason, so as to shorten it, and it's stuck with some people, and it's nothing to do with "Tasmanian devel" or wrestling or wrapping, so I suppose it doesn't reflect my personality because I don't like those things, it's just something different and a good ailius and I think it sounds cool when people call me it!

Unfortunately i am not creative so my username is very simple. My name and surname together. Furstname Nikos which by the way screen readers don't say it right. To make the screen reader to say it right i have to change the spelling and make it Nickos. And my surname Demetriou which jaws doesn't say it right either. It's too Greek for it.

I've always had a somewhat freakish fascination with Pi (see my profile for further explanation) and so I decided to incorporate the first digits of Pi into my username. I decided to use the digits instead of the word Pi after my name because I wanted people to understand that I mean Pi as a mathematical ratio rather than as lack of knowledge of how to spell the word "pie". I still haven't stuck with one username for all of my screen names but the Pi theme is definitely present in most of them, and practically all of my latest ones.

Well, I wanted something that was easy to remember, something that reflected my name "bob", "robert" "bobby". Well, everytime I tried combinations of one of those they were taken. So, I put the letters b l in front which is braille for blind, and vuala nobody had that name. So, I use it anywhere. Also, it has a kind of horror conotation, don't you think?

My old screen name was melodica and it was explained above, so I'll explain my new one now. I love the night, I love music, I love German culture, and I also love the Mozart piece Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, so that's why I chose the name. At least that's the simple reason. I got rid of melodica because I had been through two bad relationships with it and people that didn't understand my obsession with Blind Guardian's lead singer Hansi would talk shit about me on the forum. Say there was some other girl who was an excited fan of Hansi's, they'd say "Oh no, not another Melodica!" so now I'm Nachtmusik and I like it. My actual screen name is the title of a french song I love called Cruelle et tendre Mina. Here in Quebec, they made a play about the story of Dracula. I didn't see the play but the cd is amazing!!! As for my screen name, well I got the nickname fuzzy because that's how my hair looks when it is real short and I used to keep it that way a lot.
101 was a number I came up with that fit with the name fuzzy after the username fuzzy had been taken somewhere else.
In high school (esp. in chemistry class) I would fall asleep, and when I fall asleep I twitch a lot, so my friend in chemistry would call me that. That, and I can sometimes be a little spastic... and am addicted to caffeine.

I'm softy, because Herbie, my fiance, when he first met me, used to love to play with my hair and still does. He said it was really soft and it still is. So, he started calling me softy because of my hair. Plus, I'm a softy at heart a lot of the time. Not necessarily with how I let people treat me, but withhow much I care about people. I love my friends and would do anything for them. Plus, I love the environment and I care about a lot of things that some people don't, like trees and such, so that's why Herbie and a lot of people think I'm a softy and I like it. I wouldn't change it if I could. My numbers, 5310, are from an old voicemail number I used to have, back in 2000. I had to come up with a seven didget number that I liked, for my box number, so I came up with 2125310 and it was easy for me to remember. So, for my username, I just take the 5310 and put it behind the softy part. I think it sounds cool/unique and I like it. So, that's the story behind my username and I use that username for a lot of things. it just fits me.

Well? Isn't it blindingly obvious to those who've read HP? A fitting tribute to a simply adorable little snowy white character who cropped up here and there throughout the books. She is, or rather was, very intelligent, she could actually understand human speech and respond to it with affectionate nips on the finger, wrist or ear, wherever she could reach I suppose. She would also get upset or angry if Harry didn't do exactly what she wanted and she'd show her feelings with reproachful looks in Harry's direction, reject any food left in her food tray or simply sleep it off, lollol. But it was all too good to last. Hedwig was killed almost the moment the flying motorbike and side car rose in to the air bearing the real Harry Potter (for there were seven Harry Potters in the air that night, to the safety of The Burrow. A mis-fired killing curse hit Hedwig and yes she did feel it, contrary to the belief that people or animals didn't feel the killing curse hit them, she fell to the floor of her cage and that was that. A terrible death for such a sweet little thing.

I chose my user name because I love peanut butter. A lot. I eat it right out of the jae sometimes. And so I just thought it would be an interesting name to have on here.
My screen name comes from a play on my real name, which is Glenn. I studied martial arts for a number of years, and one of the instructors started calling me “Glenja,” and the name stuck. I thought being a glenja was much better than being a ninja, so developed my own martial arts system. If you want to learn it, some of the basics are as follows.
In traditional martial arts, you will find the regular karate yell, performed when punching. In glenjitsu, the yell sounds very similar to the scream of terror of a small child, but that is just to fool your attacker into believing you are shaking with fear.
In karate, you will find kata, which are a pattern of formalized fighting moves. In glenjitsu, you have the same kind of thing, though it looks a lot like running away while performing a glenjitsu yell…see above.
Finally, in karate, many fighting moves are based on animals, such as the white crane techniques found in the “Karate Kid” movie. In glenjitsu, there is the armadillo technique, where you roll into a ball and hope the danger passes.
If anyone is interested in learning glenjitsu, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to pass on my knowledge. ;)

My brother in law gave me my name Weebles. One day we went to a friends house to visit. We were all sitting around and getting high...if you know what I mean. Well...we were getting ready to leave, and my brother in law decided to make me walk solo to the car. He asked me, why are you wobbling. Then I said, so I don't fall down, and he's been calling me Weebles ever since. I call this my stoner name, and I love it.
My one before had numbers, kind of a stupid reason, but... okay, basically the most powerfully magical number potter was 7 and I decided to use those. My old one stargazer was basically I got it from Sirius and that's also a constelation in the sky, so star and gazer is like gazing at Sirius and I was going to three sevens when I first choose that name but decided that I would remember 7 7's so I just put three.

My user name, is the first syllable of my first name and the last of my Surname. I only joined here in May 2008, and I was surprised it was still available, but, I didn't think of the meaning, despite the fact I am (I'd call myself) a "Word Etymologist"! LOL But seriously, I used it on other sites (when available, so it was a good choice! Woooooww that took me a while. I actually thought it was about a lover or Mother Mary or something like that. so I changed my name and never explained this one and yes a lot of you have guessed right, myname is after my english name and the one more commonly known, a lot more, haha! and 92 is my birth year, so that makes me almost 19.
I picked out the name freedomlocks because when I lived with my mother she wouldn't let me grow dreadlocks. so in my first year of college I moved into my own apartment and started growing my locks. they became a cymbol of my freedom

Wow, all this makes me wish I'd put more thought into my user name. When I signed up for the Zone, I figured I'd just play games and such. I didn't give much thought to interacting with others on the board but obviously though I just couldn't help myself.
I might have subliminally stolen my name from Rosanne Bar though. lol

Okay, so when I first joined here, I was lady_so_divine, after the song by Shinedown, because of the freakin' rad guitar solo. But then I realized that "Lady So Divine" was an acrostic for LSD and that that might give the wrong impression. So to Melissa it went, which was boring, and then to Picaflor, or "hummingbird" in Spanish because I randomly remembered how to say it and thought it was pretty, then back to Melissa because I'm boring and that's all that felt right, then to Dihydrogen Monoxide, which I thought was freaking genius because it would throw people for a loop...I loved this until I realized logging in was a pain in the ass and that people decided to make it super perverted as they often do here and call me "Lady Wet One" and so forth. One thing I thought was hilarious was that people thought Dihydrogen Monoxide was strictly a boy's handle. Nope! Soooo another slightly boring username, but here it stays. :P

well, this one takes a little bit to understand I guess, it's very symbolic to me, and a bit telling if you know who I am and who these book characters are. well both this one and my last one dominique taggart athat I can explain to here and, I won't repeat my previous posts because I told you why I chose those. well lets start with four books I really like Harry Pottter Sherlock Holmes, Atlas Shrugged And The Fountainhead. yes, I am obviously a big Ayn Rand fan, and it is no surprise to anyone who knows me, and so a few of the names are from there. my first book one again dominique taggart is exclusively a ayn rand book kind of name. Dominique francon or roark is from the fountainhead, she's a writer of a column on this like big corrupted newspaper. I like to write but that's not why I chose the name, she loves her country and the world but also hates it and wish to escape from it to an idealistic one, and, that's also kind of me, in a way, I don't usually express that though, but somewhere in the back of my mind I do have that kind of mindset. and I guess I want a man like roark too. Howard roark is the main character. kind of the perfect hero that goes through all the hoops. he's an architect. Dagny taggart that's the actual name but I wrote it dagne because eloquence can't read dagny right and everyone thinks I am a guy, when it's spelt d a g n y. is in Atlas shrugged and she's the main perfect lady or the heroine of the book. she's a vice president of the company and head of the operating department. and she basically has to run the company because her brother james taggart who's the president of the train company doesn't care, doesn't want to do much, and keeps making excuses. I chose dagny because I like her attitude and how much she cares I try to work that way too here, and if not well I aim for it. obviously I am not perfect no one is but I want to work as much like her as possible, and I like her attitude. and I want a John galt here too he's like roark in many ways, but he's a physicist engineer who chose to abandon it because he didn't like the society and to pull everyone who was productive out of society. I also enjoy the friends that dagne made. well, I hope the last two I don't have to do much explaining but I will just in case some people don't know who they are and obviously most won't know why I chose them. so I guess I'll try to explain minerva McGonagall first. she's from the Harry Potter series, she teaches transfiguration, belongs to gryfindor, and a very strict teacher. oh she's also the deputy head mistress. and she's somewhere in her seventies when the series started I think I'll have to check again, I need to for my fanfic anyway. so, I chose minerva because I like her caring and protective side. I also like her teaching style and how sharp and strict she can be. and, I am a little protective of friends and when I mentor or when I did my aideing and such. Sherlock holmes is sherlock holmes. well, he's a super good detective very logical, very rational, and very good. what else can you say, very nice character. I chose him because of his logical side and his rational side and stuff. probably a bit like him in that aspect though I could use more haha! well, so I chose dominique first and I needed a last name, dominique dagny would sound tacky. so it was dominique taggart. don't ask me why I felt like changing my name, I just did, so I did, and I had one left and I felt an sudden urge to I was getting tired of dominique taggart and people confusing me for a guy though that was only a tinny aspect it was more like on the fly and I just wanted to, I just thought the other name was cooler I guess. since it would be a first middle and last. and I guess I wanted to see it go the name change. well, since I won too. anywayh, I was thinking of mistress bella actually I tthink I saw the name the devils mistress and suddenly out of the blue got inspired, but I thought the name bella connected to bellatrix would scare too many people I wanted mistress bella because I likke her passionate side of things and how loyal she was. and, she's obviously from Harry Potter, yeah, anyone who knows me knows I am a bit of a harry Potter geek too. I use to be obsessed and if I called myself something to do with remus lupin or sirius it would be too confusing, and they are my favorite characters. and bella or bellatrix lestrange is an evil witch from harry Potter almost second to voldemort, who is the darkest evilist wizzard. sirius is a man from harry Potter. gryfindor, part of the order of the pheonix, was falsely convicted and was known as the escaped convict. Remus lupin, werewolf, gryfindor, also sirius friend, both of them were in the group called the marauders, and he was also in the order of the pheonix and he also taught defense against the dark arts at hogwarts. anyway, thought I would give a breif description sust in case people don't know who they are, but a lot of people should, anyway, I went with dagny again because I like her a lot, she's a big inspiration for me, and I thought well if not bellatrix who would be a good one, I obviously didn't want remus or sirius as the middle name or middle part because it would not fit with dagny as it's a male name and I am also female. so I thought well I like minerva a lot, I was briefly thinking of albus too, but again I am not male. so I put down minerva, and I like holmes and obviously if the end would be sherlock it would be tacky and would sound like I just listed it out. so I did holmes and thought it could be a first middle and last. and, by the way albus Dumbledore is the headmaster of Hogwarts, about 100 when harry started at Hogwarts, and was once kind of evil and ran around with grindelwall, and he's also very calm, and wise, which I like which is why I also chose him. I think those are great characteristics. anyway, enough of me, but that's how I chose dominique taggart and dagne/dagny minerva holmes.

I think I'll start at the beginning, since I've been around this site for a long time, and have had several different usernames over the course of my time here. Plus, I just changed it again.
When I first created my account in 2004, I was Niblet17. I had a kitten back then whose name was Niblet, and she passed away suddenly. So I honored her with that name for awhile. Also, 17 is my favorite number.
Then I was screaming_turtle for a long time. I kind of got that name for a simple reason that turned deepr the more people asked me about it. The simple explanation is that I collect turtles and think they're awesome, and I'm into rock music. One time I had this crazy image in my head of a turtle rising up out of its shell, snapping like hell, and screaming lyrics to my favorite songs, lol. Then people started asking me if it was because I was shy and felt unable to express myself, and that was true as well, so that's another way to look at it.
When I changed my name again to FireAndRain, it was for the elemental appeal. I'm kind of a mysterious presence around here, and the elements and their power are a mystery, so it fit me.
Then tonight I had an inspiration again. Recently I signed up on a music forum, and I was trying to think of a name I never used before. Out of nowhere it hit me to go with ShatteredSanity. I'm not exactly sure why yet. I don't exactly have a lot of wisdom to bestow upon you all yet haha. I'm sure it will come to me though, just as all the others have. Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
I got my name from the hunger games. Glimmer was one of the tributes from district one. I changed the spelling of it a little. I use Y instead of I. It's just so that it's not exactly like everyone would expect Glymmer to be spelled.

Ok, my first user name was winterfresh, yes, after the gum, because my best friend and I had an obsession with a radio jingle that some girl made for it. Her vocals were actually pretty good, hence the obsession lol.That was when I was 14. Then, about a year and a few months later, I found out I could change my user name, and I tried changing it to kitten, kitty, anything to do with cats, but eveerything was taken. Then, I thought about it, and remembered all those with wrestling names on here. Then, I realized, none of the zone's wrestling fans had the name of one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, Eddie Guerrero, who had passed away 6 months priar to this. So, I settled on Latino Heat to pay homage to my heroe, and that's the way my name has stayed ever since. I get a lot of weird people private quicknoting me saying my user name sounds hot, so I had to announce in my profile where the name came from.
Well starfly sorta came from a transformer named starfire, so you guessed it :), I am a transformer fan. I did not try starfire but fired it was taken so ran with starfly. I think there was more to my name but I have ben around here sense 2005 so for got what I told people back then. Its been a while I have never changed my user name.

The first part of my user name is self-explanitory because... I love running. It is my biggest passtime and I run during just about any weather condition unless there is lightning. What gets people is the number 337. With a couple of my past distance runner user names the number was different, instead being 295 first then 229. I came up with the idea when I ran this race two years ago on Thanksgiving called the Turkey Trot. The number I had to wear was 295 so I figured I would use my free user name change to make it DistanceRunner295. Then the next year it was 229, and this year it was 337.
I started out on this site more than nine years ago as cat lover, but someone else had a similar name, and we kept getting each others private mail because people confused us. Since then I've changed my name a bunch of times, one of those times on a dare and for billions of points, but I finally found one I really like and think I'll keep. Blue Velvet is the name of a very pretty old song that I really like, and also because I used to have a boyfriend who said my eyes reminded him of blue velvet.
Actually my online screen Name started a while back. It's in memmory of a dear friend whom I've lost completely. This friend of mine would travel to Italy and would write me letters saying: "Hello Dolce Eleganza, I'm in Milan. I came from the beautiful buildings of Rome. I hope to see you soon!" And so forth and so on. The memmory saddens me, but ah well. That's how I got my screen name. :'(
My great-great grandfather was a samurai in feudal japan. Growing up I used to watch a movie series called Zatoichi which is the name of the main character who is a blind samurai of sorts. long story short, Zatoichi was taken, thus blindsamurai

My username is a bit of a misnomer. Anyone on here who knows me in reality likely knows there was a time, when I was younger where I had a bit of a hero complex. I always wanted to be the one people could turn to; the one who could listen, offer advice and fix their problems. This username stemmed from that, and it was inspired by the symphonic metal band of the same name. Over time I realized I couldn't save anyone. I couldn't fix their problems. I couldn't protect them from things that were going on. And most people didn't want or heed my advice. For that matter, many of the people I loved, or cared about, I ended up hurting, or losing touch with. So these days, while I continue to use the name, It no longer accurately reflects me. it belongs to an idealistic and romantisized past. In some ways, I miss who I used to be, but reality is what it is.
